I could write chapters on Helen, Paul and their splendid team, but my husband summed up the whole experience very succinctly by saying he would happily be 70 all over again just for that one day.
Thank you all for making Daves surprise party seem so effortless and for allowing me the chance to relax and enjoy every single minute.
From our first meeting nothing was too much trouble, even all the extras that I kept throwing in ( cakes etc., ) Fantastic!!!!
Everything surpassed all my expectations, the subtle blend of herbs and spices catering for everyones palate. The food was truly superb and the memories make my mouth water even now.
To my newly adopted family in Spain may you go from strength to strength you really do derserve it.
