CHOCOLATE FONDANT SAUCE

Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: makes enough to cover a 8 inch cake

100g butter
100g best cooking chocolate
100g icing sugar sifted
3 tablespoons full fat milk

1.Melt the ingredients together in a bowl over some simmering water.

2.Stir till smooth.

3.Allow to cool before use.

Note: This sauce will thicken the cooler it gets, to reheat & soften, place over the simmering water again.
