APPLE & BLACKBERRY or RASPBERRY CRUMBLE

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Oven: 375 Degrees
Serves: 4


3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, sliced
Juice of 1-lemon
225 g Fresh/frozen raspberries or Blackberries
1 tblsp sugar
225g plain flour
90g soft brown sugar
75g butter
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg



1. Arrange the apples in buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish.

2. Sprinkle with the lemon juice.

3. Drain raspberries or blackberries

4. Sprinkle over the apples, and sprinkle with the tablespoon of sugar.

5. Mix the flour and sugar in bowl.

6. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Add the nutmeg. Sprinkle over the fruit.

7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or custard.
